Learning with Minecraft
By Barbara Bray    July 19, 2013 -- 12:19 PM

Video Games and Virtual Worlds in the Classroom: Learning with Minecraft EDU was designed to give parents, students, and teachers a better understanding of how one California middle school uses virtual learning environments in the classroom.

Throughout the year, their sixth grade Core Humanities program immerses students in the digital world of Minecraft EDU, an independently developed video game specifically geared towards the classroom. Explore this website to learn more about how students at Del Mar Intermediate School are re-imagining the Ancient world.
