Google Search by Reading Level

Google searches now allow users to choose reading levels of the results of a search. There are three levels to choose among: basic, intermediate and advanced.

So how do you do a reading level search? After typing in a query on Google.com, look at the column of tools on the left side of the search results and you will see "All Results."

Click on "More search tools" and then click "Reading Level."

New Search Feature: Easily search keywords, tags, and more from every page

New Search menu Trying to find projects or pages in My eCoach with specific keywords or tags? Now you can easily search from every page within My eCoach with our new search menu.

This drop down menu is located near the top of the right-hand bar above the list of your friends and recent projects. Click and select ...   more...

Search for Members

Are you looking for someone with similar interests that you can collaborate with on a project? You can now search for members either from within your own community or the entire My eCoach community. On the top of the right sidebar, there is a link to Search for Members.

You can search by name, email (even just the domain name), title, city, state, country, school, district, grade, curriculum, and tags.

Now can search projects

Search is available for Universal projects on your sidebar. Need to find specific pages within your project, then use search.




Type in what you are searching for and then click Search. The results page appears with the title of the page as a link and highlighted areas where the search terms appear on the pages.

Inbox, Text Editor, and Text Search

Did you notice that there is a new tab on the left navigation bar? Now you can quickly access the message center inbox and even see how many new messages are waiting for you. When you have any messages waiting, you willl still see the flashing envelope above your profile on the upper right.

The text editor is now larger. Why? Because members were adding more pictures, tables, and other files. This way they can now keep writing and sharing not only in the Universal Builder and blogs, but wherever there is  the text editor including the comment box.
