Enjoyed NECC in San Diego

Great times were had by all - presentations, fireworks, meeting new friends, hugging old friends, and will have wonderful stories to tell. Saw the fireworks with thousands of other NECC friends on a beautiful clear night. Lots of activities: Wed workshop 12:30-3:30 on Learning Communities for some wonderful people. My eCoach To Create a Builder for the New Teacher Center

My eCoach is working with the New Teacher Center (NTC) at the University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) to develop a new online environment and toolkit for coaching school administrators. My eCoach will work closely with NTC �s School Leadership Development Division to plan, design, and develop an Individual Development Plan builder (IDP). The new IDP builder will allow NTC coaches to virtually coach individual new administrators.
