The goal of this class is to enable the student to master the basic skills in SPEAKING, READING AND WRITING Spanish through a communicative approach of language acquisition.  Much of the daily practice will consist of intense listening, repeating and communication activities that will be done with a classmate or in groups.

     When the students walk into this class, they will be entering a world where only Spanish is spoken by everyone.  This will be a fun experience and it will contribute to their ability to understand and speak more Spanish in a shorter period of time.  Do not be afraid to make mistakes--everyone will make lots of mistakes--it is OK.
