Five Components of Fitness - Think-pair-share
Students will get in groups of two and perform a think-pair-share on what they think are the five components of fitness and what they think fitness is.  Student will each take time to think about what they believe are the five components of fitness and what they believe being fit is.  Then one partner will share their idea while the other person listens.  They will then reverse rolls.
