This is an opportunity for the Level Two (Instructional) and/or Level Three (Mentor Level) person who can troubleshoot minor problems but would like to use shortcuts or know tips that could help them fix hardware and software problems easier and faster.

  4. learn different strategies for configuring a computer system

Types of Opportunities:
  1. two hour lecture and demonstration or
  2. three hour workshop demonstration with some hands-on
Classroom Management for Technology Use or its equivalent

This opportunity can provide tips to your onsite technicians and mentors that will help them with onsite hardware and software problems. Specific eCoach opportunities at this level can be grouped together in an institute that can be customized for your mentors. Our coaches will include relevant eCoach guides as part of any opportunity or purchase guides separately.
