Hyperstudio Nuts and Bolts

This is an opportunity for the Level One (Adoption) person who wants to learn how to use Hyperstudio to create a multimedia stack. Hyperstudio provides expanded options to presentations so the user can have multiple options to choose from. Learn the basics of how to create one card and use the different features to include text, background, and images. Then create additional cards and link them to the original card. Expect time for hands-on exploration and practice with some fun and giggles thrown in.

Purpose to be able to create a four card Hyperstudio stack
Objectives review sample projects that are linear and non-linear formats use paint tools to create clipart import and modify backgrounds, clipart, and graphic objects create and modify text objects insert buttons and add actions including sound to the buttons plan, storyboard, create, and share a four card stack	NCATE Standards 1.2.2, 2.2.1 ISTE Standards and Performance Indicators: I.A, and V.A
Length and Types three to five hours hands-on workshop in a small group with others at the same level or two hours coaching session	Prerequisite Paint and Draw Tools or equivalent

This eCoach opportunity can be bundled with other opportunities in an institute or staff development program with a focus on a particular curriculum area, grade-level, or project. Our coaches can prepare your coaches to provide this service onsite for a separate fee. Our coaches will include relevant eCoach guides as part of any opportunity or purchase guides separately.
