   This is an opportunity for the Level One (Entry Level) or other level who wants to create a video using in-camera editing techniques. As part of a team, practice using the different features of a camcorder with and without a tripod and external microhone. Use different views to frame the subject and to try scenes at specific lengths. Create a storyboard and then develop a one minute video using the scenes along with a title shot and credits.

  1. view and discuss a variety of examples of using video for education
  2. use the different features of a camcorder and tripod
  3. frame subjects with different views
  4. experiment with in-camera editing
  5. storyboard, create and present a one minute video

  1. three hour hands-on workshop in a small group with enough camcorders and tripods for every four people

This eCoach opportunity can be bundled with other opportunities in an institute or staff development program with a focus on a particular curriculum area, grade-level, or project.  Our coaches can prepare your coaches to provide this service onsite for a separate fee. Our coaches will include relevant eCoach guides as part of any opportunity or purchase guides separately.
