Customized Reports and Merged Letters

This is an opportunity for the Level One (Knowledge) or Level Two (Instructional Level) person who wants to create a database that has several layouts and merges the data into other documents. Develop a project where students develop a database to organize information related to a curriculum topic they are studying that is aligned to the content standards.

Purpose to be able to develop customized reports from a database with different layouts
Objectives create a database and merge the data into another document create different layouts for the same information and generate a variety of reports develop a project where students create a database develop a rubric to assess layouts and reports	NCATE Standards: 2.2.3, 2.4.9 ISTE Standards and Performance Indicators: II.E , III.A. and C , IV.A
Types of Opportunities: three to five hour hands-on small group workshop with others at the same level or two hour one-on-one coaching session	Prerequisite Create a Digital Rolodex or its equivalent

This eCoach opportunity can be bundled with other opportunities in an institute with a focus on a particular curriculum area, grade level, or project or as coaching as part of your staff development program. Our coaches can prepare your coaches to provide this opportunity onsite for a separate fee. We will include relevant eCoach guides as part of any opportunity or purchase any guide separately.
