Create a Newsletter with WP (Part 2)

This is an opportunity for the Level Two (Instructional Level) person who wants to create a student newsletter as part of the curriculum. Work with others at the same level to design articles and edit each other's work. Use this model to develop a project around a curriculum area that you can use with your students. Use email and discussion boards to collaborate and share files. Align unit with content standards.

Purpose to be able to use a word processor to create a student newsletter as a project-based learning activity
Objectives develop a curriculum unit where teams of students create a newsletter use the advanced editing features transfer and merge files between programs and save in different formats collaborate online save newsletter as web page design a set of evaluation strategies have students create rubrics to assess work	NCATE Standards 2.2.1, 2.4.6, 2.4.9, 3.1.8, 3.1.13 ISTE Standards and Performance Indicators I.
