My philosophy of teaching and learning stems from my belief that learning is a lifelong process. Educators should be Master Learners, not only an expert in content, but an expert in teaching learners how to think and learn.  It’s about the journey... not the destination. Life is more exciting and fulfilling when we are learning new things.

My community is a small town in Arkansas. The surrounding economy supports farming to businesses.
