Abraham Lincoln

By Rosalie Ritz
Abraham Lincoln was sixteenth President during the Civil War. He wrote the Emancipation Proclamation to free slaves in Conferederate states and gave his famous Gettysburg Address in 1863. Lincoln was assassinated by John Wilkes Booth at Ford's Theater in 1865. Rosalie Ritz, courtroom artist, has created this sketch of Abraham Lincoln for the My eCoach eLibrary so teachers and students have copyright-free images to use with their projects.
