Findings, Research, Studies

With Roger Fry, David Kolb created the Experiential Learning model out of four elements: concrete experience, observation and reflection, the formation of abstract concepts and testing new situations. Both also developed a learning style model that includes four learning styles: converger, diverger, assimilator, and accommodator.
