I have found a great online community called My eCoach that I believe is what you have been looking for. My eCoach has a survey tool that lets you make as many questions as you want, send it to anyone in or outside of eCoach, and even disaggregate the results. It does more than other survey tools available. You can create your own website with their Universal builder and it is really easy to use. It is like a website builder and blog all in one. You can allow comments and even let people clone it. I really like that I can invite others to co-author my projects. That's pretty cool! I was even able to align my state standards with my project using their easy standards alignment tool.

I can go on and tell you so much more: personal, team, and shared blogs and calendar features, chat, internal message center, eLibrary with all kinds of copyright-free resources contributed by members of the community, team and community forums, and team pages controlled by eCoaches. It is really nice to have everything all in one place. Go check it out and sign up for a free membership. What's really amazing is that all memberships are for a lifetime!
