e-Learning is web-based distance education. My eCoach offers e-Learning through online courses and workshops, including assistance in the My eCoach platform, eCoach instruction, instruction in mentoring, visioning and more.

Organizations can design their own e-Learning program by setting up teams and creating online courses using the team tools and Universal Builder. If your team already uses another tool, such as Moodle, My eCoach is a perfect complement because it can link to online activities they created in My eCoach with the Universal Builder. Many schools, groups and universities are setting up teams using My eCoach because it is so much easier than other tools.
