My eCoach provides professional development on-site and online. Successful professional development needs to be ongoing, sustainable, and cost-effective. One shot workshops do not work. The best way to do be effective is to create an online community with eCoaching that supports organization’s goals. eCoaching helps you get better at whatever you do and guides individuals and organizations towards realizing specific goals and shared visions:

through online training, facilitation and support
using My eCoach and/or outside programs

in an effective and sustainable, train-the-trainer model

We help organizations determine their goals, refine expectations, find strengths of each member, choose the appropriate people from their organization to be eCoaches, design an effective and sustainable program to reach those goals, and train and support the eCoaches in implementing their program. Every person and program is unique. Our Certificated eCoaches provide training for coaches and mentors at your site or ours and supports them virtually while they facilitate their teams.
