    "The Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Progam is designed to support the professional development of newly-credentialed, beginning teachers. My eCoach has allowed our new teachers and their support providers a one-stop-shop for accessing the necessary tools for becoming successful teachers.
