Who Are We?

My eCoach® was established as a division of Computer Strategies, LLC in 1999 to focus more on coaching and mentoring based on the latest research on change and school reform. To achieve this, we developed a coaching and mentoring model as our primary program in delivering face to face professional development to schools and districts. The need for our services grew beyond our local area pushing us to find a better way to best meet our customer's needs.

In 2003, we launched My eCoach Online as a professional learning community and to provide the infrastructure for delivery of online training, coaching and collaboration. My eCoach Online allowed our staff to extend our reach on a global level while enabling our customers to design their own learning communities within a larger network.

Today, we partner with schools, districts, regional centers, university programs, state departments, companies, and organizations to develop effective professional learning communities from the bottom up. Our staff provides the necessary consultation, training, ongoing support, and relevant resources to coaches and mentors based on our coaching model. As a result, individual programs are able to create and sustain a customized professional learning community that supports its members and meets their goals and objectives for professional development.
